I received a delivery notice from La Poste, what should I do?

You can go to La Poste with the delivery notice and your identity document to collect the package.

What are the delivery options?

Delivery is made by the La Poste colissimo service.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

In mainland France : Once your order has been validated, it will be delivered to you within a maximum of five working days, taking into account the preparation time for your order.
Overseas : The delivery time is 5 to 7 working days
Internationally : Delivery time is 3 to 10 working days

What is the height of the different sock ranges?

Our pairs of socks are mid-cut.
For pairs of socks in 39-42, the height is 38cm
For pairs of socks in 43-46, the height is 40cm

Can we exchange different products?

If the product received is not the product you ordered or if you have changed your mind and wish to receive another, it is entirely possible to make an exchange. Simply send us an email at contact@boutique-eirene.com and we will do the needful with you.

I'm hesitant about the size... What size should I choose?

If in doubt, take the size you usually wear in shoes, that is to say, if you wear a size 42, for example, take a pair in 39-42. If you wear a size 44, take a pair in 43-46.

How do I take care of my socks?

It is recommended to wash your socks inside out at 30° and not to iron them.
